Stacy Wilters

Stacy Wilters currently serves as the Director of Corporate Operations for Payroll, Benefits, and Human Resources at PuzzleHR, beginning in September 2021. With a strong background in human resources outsourcing, Stacy previously held the position of Director of Payroll Operations at BenefitMall from July 2016 to November 2020, where strategic initiatives led to an increase in client retention from 76% to 85%. Prior to this, Stacy was a Branch Manager at Paychex from May 2000 to June 2016, overseeing operations for a $25M budget and managing a team supporting 7,000 clients across two locations. Stacy earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Montclair State University.
