Manfred Bender

Manfred Bender is the current CEO at PVA TePla. Prior to this, they served as Chief Financial Officer at BRAIN AG from December 2018 to September 2020. Bender has also served as Chief Executive Officer at Pfeiffer Vacuum from March 1998 to November 2017, and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Schunk Group from April 2016 to April 2022. From January 1993 to December 1998, they were an administrative employee at Schunk Group, where they worked in internal audits, controlling, and IT. Bender began their career at Schunk Group in 1986 as an administrative employee in controlling.

Manfred Bender has a Diploma in Business Administration from the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and an apprenticeship from the Schunk Group.
