Chris Headings is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in technology and business strategy. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at both P3 Smart City Partners and the PVBLIC Foundation, Chris leads innovative initiatives that integrate emerging technologies to drive growth and social impact. Previously, Chris held key leadership roles including Vice President of Strategic Markets at Single Digits, Inc., and Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Sunray. They are also a dedicated Board Member of the EBF3 HADDS Foundation, focusing on enhancing the lives of individuals affected by HADDS through research, education, and advocacy. Chris earned a degree in Business Administration from Penn State University.
