Pablo Ceron

Pablo Ceron is an experienced executive with a robust background in manufacturing and general management. Currently serving as Gerente General at PVC GERFOR since February 2017, Pablo also holds the position of Gerente Panamericano de Manufactura at Colceramica, overseeing manufacturing operations and technology development across eight factories in Colombia and additional facilities in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, and Central America since May 2012. Prior experience includes roles as Gerente General at Grival S.A. from May 2002 to June 2010 and at Corona S.A. from May 1998 to May 2002, focusing on the plumbing and flooring industries. Pablo Ceron earned an Advanced Management Program degree from Harvard Business School in 2005, a Licentiate in Business Administration from Universidad del Rosario in 1991, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes in 1986.
