Alair Junior

Technical Sales Manager at PVcase

Alair Junior started their career as an intern at Fundação CERTI in 2012, where they worked on LabElectron, a laboratory/factory of high-value equipment and machines. Alair then spent a year as an exchange student in France under the Federal Government of Brazil's Science without Borders program in 2013 and later joined APUAMA Engenharia as an intern in 2014, where they helped prepare an O&M plan for a 15 MW small hydroelectric power plant. Next, they worked as a Trainee Engineer at ARAXÃ SOLAR and was responsible for the basic project of ÁGUA VERMELHA PHOTOVOLTAIC COMPLEX of 190 MWp. Alair Junior became a Manager at Sintec do Brasil/Inplasint in 2018, where they led the expansion and restructuring of two family factories in the civil construction segment for the production of synthetic marble and polyethylene artifacts. Alair joined Enel Green Power in 2019 as a Specialist Electrical Engineer, where they were responsible for the technical review and analysis of large photovoltaic power plants projects. In 2021, Alair Junior founded SUNRISE, a start-up with a focus on specialized consultancy for renewable energy and solar photovoltaic projects. Currently, Alair is working as a Technical Sales Manager at PVcase, a European software company focused on solar photovoltaic.

Alair Junior earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina in 2015. Alair also obtained a Master's degree in Electric Systems and Automatics from the University of Le Havre Normandie from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they received certifications in French language from the University of Caen Normandie in August 2013, in Mathematics from Kumon Brasil in January 2012, and in Intermediate English from ELS Language Centers in July 2006.
