Juozapas (Joseph) Žiliukas has a diverse work experience in various roles. Juozapas (Joseph) started their career as a Customer Service Manager at Senukai in 2011 and held this position until 2012. Juozapas (Joseph) then joined Hidrobalt, UAB in 2012 as a Sales Manager, where they provided professional technical counseling for customers and sold industrial and hydraulic hoses, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic components. After four years in this role, Joseph transitioned to FASA Company in 2016 as a Sales Manager, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they returned to Hidrobalt, UAB as the Head of Purchasing until 2019. Currently, they are working at PVcase as a Technical Sales Manager, a position they have held since November 2019.

Juozapas Žiliukas began their education in 2007 at Kaunas University of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician. Juozapas (Joseph) completed their studies at Kaunas University of Technology in 2014.

In 2009, while still studying at Kaunas University of Technology, Juozapas Žiliukas had the opportunity to attend Coventry University for a year. There, they also pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician and completed their studies in 2010.
