Marija Vaičiulytė-Balčė

Marija Vaičiulytė-Balčė has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Marija most recently served as the Head of Human Resources at PVcase since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at TransUnion as the HR Lead for Lithuania from December 2016 to February 2021. Marija's HR career began at KPMG Baltics in April 2007, where they held various HR roles until November 2016.

Marija Vaičiulytė-Balčė completed their education at various institutions. In 1997, they began their undergraduate studies at Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences in 2001. Marija then proceeded to pursue a Master's degree at the same university from 2001 to 2005, specializing in International Relationship and Diplomacy. Additionally, during their Master's studies, Marija spent two years from 2002 to 2004 at the University of Bayreuth, where they completed a second Master's degree in Intercultural Anglophone Studies. Finally, in 2021, they successfully graduated from WoW University, specializing in Next Generation Leadership.
