Paulius Miecius

Paulius Miecius has an extensive work history spanning multiple industries and roles. Paulius is currently holding the position of Head of Strategic Initiatives at PVcase since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Genus AI as a Strategy & Finance Manager from April 2021 to March 2022, and also served as a Business Strategist from November 2020 to April 2021.

Before joining Genus AI, Paulius Miecius was associated with Goldman Sachs for several years. Paulius held various roles at Goldman Sachs, including Associate and Senior Analyst in the Strategic Initiatives & Execution department at Marcus by Goldman Sachs from January 2019 to November 2020, and Analyst in the same department from February 2018 to January 2019. Paulius also worked as an Analyst in Business Architecture & Change Management from July 2016 to February 2018.

Prior to their tenure at Goldman Sachs, Paulius Miecius worked as a Long-term Intern in Business Architecture & Change Management at Goldman Sachs from June 2014 to June 2015. Paulius gained valuable experience as the President of the Baltic Society at the University of Exeter from March 2013 to May 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Analyst in the Corporate Clients Group at DNB in July 2013 and participated in a Spring Insight program at J.P. Morgan in April 2013.

Paulius Miecius began their education in 2000 at Telsiai Vincentas Borisevicius Gymnasium, where they obtained their Lithuanian Secondary School Certificate in 2012. Paulius then attended the University of Exeter from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business and Management with Industrial Experience. During their time at the university, they also participated in a Summer School program at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in 2015, focusing on Doing Business in Europe.

In 2015, Paulius pursued further education by enrolling in The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, where they obtained a CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting. Paulius continued their studies at the same institute and completed their CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting in 2018, with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General.

As for additional certifications, Paulius Miecius obtained the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2019.
