Carlos Frias

Carlos Frias has been working in the software engineering field since 2018, when they began working at AMRC as an Engenheiro de Software. In 2021, they joined PVComplete as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to this, they had worked as a Math tutor at Centro de Estudos Alfadouro from 2003 to 2005, and as a Trainee Teacher at Escola Secundária de Mogadouro from 2002 to 2003. During their time at Externato de São Miguel de Refojos, they were a High School Mathematics teacher, an Information and Communication Technologies teacher for professional courses, and a representative of the School Mathematics group.

Carlos Frias completed a Licenciatura em Matemática (ensino de) at Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro from 1998 to 2003, with a field of study in Ensino. Carlos then obtained a Mestrado Integrado em Engenharia Informática e Computação from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto from 2004 to 2014, with a field of study in Engenharia de Software. In April 2018, Carlos Frias became a Unity Certified Developer from Unity Technologies.
