Surmai Kaushik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Surmai started their career as a CSR Executive at Mahindra Susten, where they received recognition and awards for their contributions. Surmai then moved on to become an Assistant Manager at the same company, taking on responsibilities such as CSR reporting, planning, and implementation of projects. During their time at Mahindra Susten, they successfully managed employee volunteering engagements and implemented high-impact community development projects. Kaushik also worked at Tata Consumer Products as part of their corporate sustainability team, focusing on plastic waste management projects and reducing plastic footprint. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Sales-AMEA at PVH - PVHardware.
Surmai Kaushik attended Navy Children School in Delhi from 1999 to 2011, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Surmai then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Science (BASC) degree in Physics from Miranda House from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they enrolled in the TERI School of Advanced Studies and completed a Master of Science in Climate Science and Policy from 2014 to 2016. Surmai Kaushik also holds several additional certifications, including CSR Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation from the Confederation of Indian Industry, Effective Storytelling for winning businesses from Dale Carnegie Training, Leadership on the edge from 2041 ClimateForce, SROI training from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from Mahindra Institute of Quality.
