Andrea Corti, PhD, serves as a Medical Writer at the PeerView Institute for Medical Education since March 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at The City College of New York from February 2018 to March 2023, where research focused on the clinical implications of calcified vascular vesicles related to acute coronary syndrome and stroke. Responsibilities included conducting both computer-based and wet lab experiments, performing microCT image analysis, and carrying out numerical simulations in the study of vascular hypoxia. Andrea also held multiple teaching assistant positions, contributing to the education of over 30 students in various courses related to biomedical engineering.
