Captain Vikas Yadav

Captain Vikas Yadav, CSP, AVSEC has a diverse work experience in various industries. Captain Vikas started their career in the Indian Army Special Forces as a Captain, where they were responsible for handling operational deployment, training, and administration of a team of 120 troops. Captain Vikas played a key role in flushing out terrorists from J&K and the North East States and imparted pre-commissioning training to soldiers.

After their time in the army, Captain Yadav worked at ICICI Lombard as a Regional Manager, where they managed activities related to risk management, underwriting, and claims. Captain Vikas conducted risk analysis of proposals and properties and initiated risk mitigation measures.

Most recently, they worked at PVR Limited as Head of Security & VP. In this role, they managed the safety and security of all cinema sites across India. Captain Vikas led a team responsible for conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and reviewing security systems and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for patrons and employees.

Captain Vikas Yadav, CSP, AVSEC completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology from R.R. College, Alwar from 1994 to 1997. Prior to this, they completed their XII degree in Physical Sciences from Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1982 to 1994. In addition, Captain Vikas Yadav obtained several certifications including Aviation Security Crisis Management Course from Bureau of Civil Aviation - Security in 2011, Safety Auditor certification from Du Pont in 2011, AVSEC - BCAS from Ministry of Civil Aviation, India in 2009, and PGDBA - MDI Gurgaon (Full Time) from MDI Gurgaon in 2007.
