Nidhi Gupta

Nidhi Gupta is a highly experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Deputy Vice President of Human Resources at PVR Limited since November 2016. In this role, Nidhi focuses on compensation and benefits, overseeing performance and increment reviews, and implementing short-term and long-term incentives to foster a competitive organizational culture. Prior to PVR Limited, Nidhi held the position of Deputy Manager HR at Jindal Power Limited from August 2013 to October 2016, where budget management for HR functions was a key responsibility. Nidhi also contributed to the launch of the Centre for Human Resource Analytics at IMT Nagpur and previously gained experience through internships and trainee positions in various organizations. Nidhi holds a PGDM in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur, and a B.Tech in Information Technology from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
