Shailendra Tewari

Shailendra Tewari is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations and food and beverage management. Currently serving as Regional General Manager Operations (East) at PVR Limited since May 2018, Shailendra oversees operations for 17 multiplexes across Eastern India, managing a workforce of approximately 600 employees and generating a revenue of 300 crore. Shailendra's background includes notable roles at Marriott International, where responsibilities spanned from Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to Senior Restaurant Manager, consistently focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Previous positions include Food and Beverage Manager at The Westin Gurgaon and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, as well as various roles at TRIDENT hotels. Shailendra holds a diploma in hotel management from IIHM Kolkata and a Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality Management from Queen Margaret University.
