Mark Tulchinskiy MD

Mark Tulchinskiy, MD, MBA, is a Medical & Clinical Development Consultant with extensive experience in the pharmaceuticals industry. Currently, they serve as the Medical Affairs Head at PVR and as a Medical Consultant at MT Consulting. Previously, Mark held positions such as Executive Director of Clinical Development and Medical Monitoring at Humacyte, and Executive Director for Europe and Israel at Medpace. Mark has successfully planned and executed clinical studies, managed FDA and EMA interactions, and demonstrated expertise in medical data review and monitoring throughout their career. They earned a Doctor of Medicine from Kemerovo State Medical Academy and an MBA from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics.
