Lachy Haynes

Lachy Haynes currently serves as a member of the Clean Energy Transition Advisory Committee for the Australia Japan Business Co-operation Committee since March 2024 and as a partner at PwC Australia, focusing on energy transition initiatives aimed at fostering a decarbonised and circular economy. Lachy also holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Kidney Health Australia, informed by personal experiences with chronic kidney disease and transplantation. Previous experience includes significant roles at EY, where notable achievements included sustainable growth in the mining sector, and leadership in global transaction advisory, as well as foundational years at Arthur Andersen & Co., engaging in structured finance and major capital transactions. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Mineral & Energy Economics from Curtin University, a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Finance, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Adelaide.
