Maria Julia Cruz Esteves

Maria Julia Cruz Esteves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and social impact initiatives. Currently serving as a Member of the Advisory Council at Instituto Bússola Jovem and as a Member of the Forbes BLK Community since September 2023, Maria has been a Manager at PwC Brasil since September 2016, progressing through various roles including Senior Associate and Associate. Maria is also an Ambassador for IBRACON Jovem and co-founder of the Instituto Black Office BR (IBO), which focuses on career development for black individuals, having launched multiple leadership programs. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Data Intelligence & Analytics from FIAP and an MBA in Financial Accounting from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences. Maria's early career includes positions related to accounting and internal auditing, contributing to a robust professional foundation.
