Jasper Crick

Jasper Crick is a dedicated finance professional currently serving as the Director of Deals SPA advisory at PwC Nederland. Since 2021, Jasper has focused on providing strategic advice around Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and purchase price mechanisms to corporate, private equity, and family office clients. With a foundation built in the Assurance department from 2011 to 2017, Jasper became a chartered accountant, gaining valuable experience in various financial reporting standards. Prior to this role, Jasper was instrumental in the Transaction Services team, where they enhanced their analytical skills and contributed to numerous significant transactions both locally and internationally.
