Karen Kiernan

Karen Kiernan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in tax transformation and digital strategies, currently serving as the Transformation Lead for Tax at PwC Ireland since December 2010. In this capacity, Karen is responsible for developing and implementing transformation strategies and programs, alongside leading digital transformation initiatives for the Tax department. Prior to this role, Karen was an International Tax Director at PwC, where expertise was provided to clients primarily in the Banking and Aircraft Leasing sectors on complex tax issues. With previous experience as an International Tax Director at PwC from April 2001 to February 2010, Karen advised global clients across telecommunications and technology industries on intricate U.S. tax matters. Karen holds a Nanodegree in Business Analytics from Udacity and a Professional Diploma in Digital Transformation Management from University College Dublin.
