Vinciane Istace is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at PwC Luxembourg since January 2003, currently serving as the People, Experience and Change Leader, where responsibilities include addressing organizational and industry-related people challenges. Previously, Vinciane held leadership roles in People Process Outsourcing, Diversity and Inclusion, Communications and PR, Human Capital Strategy, and Human Capital Director, focusing on HR strategy, talent development, and employee relations. Prior to joining PwC Luxembourg, Vinciane served as Audit Director and Group Coordinator at PricewaterhouseCoopers from July 2001 to December 2002 and worked as an Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse Luxembourg from 1992 to 1998. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Ingéniorat Commercial from the University of Liège and a High School Diploma from Soeurs Notre Dame in Namur.
