Rita Franco Ramos

Rita Franco Ramos is a Senior Manager at PwC Portugal and PwC Angola since December 2020 and July 2018, respectively, with a focus on Corporate & Regulatory matters. Since January 2013, Rita has been a Manager at PwC, contributing extensive experience in various legal areas. Prior to joining PwC, Rita served as an Associate Lawyer at Sousa Machado, Ferreira da Costa & Associados from September 2007 to December 2012, specializing in contracts, commercial and corporate law, securities law, and litigation. Rita's legal journey began as a Trainee Lawyer at Lexinter Abogados in 2009. In terms of education, Rita is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Taxation at Universidade Católica Portuguesa (2023-2024), holds a Master’s degree in International Legal Practice from IE Business School (2009-2010), and earned a degree from the University of Lisbon (2002-2007).
