Daniela Dascalescu is a seasoned professional in employer branding and communications, currently serving as a Senior Employer Branding at PwC Romania since September 2022, where responsibilities include driving CEE-wide employer branding projects and media campaigns. Previously, Daniela coordinated employer branding and internal communication for Samsung Electronics in Romania and Bulgaria from September 2018 to September 2022, focusing on internal communications strategy and engagement initiatives. Earlier experience also includes roles as a Social Media Manager at SETHER Technology, a Marketing Communications Executive at the Romania-Israel Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and a Junior Marketing professional at Open GOV. Daniela holds a Master's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Academia de Studii Economice din București.
