Mitri Hanna has extensive experience in program management and community services, currently serving as Program Manager and Coordinator for the City of Ottawa since June 2010. In this role, Mitri oversees a team of Employment and Social Services Support staff, ensuring the efficient delivery of services while enhancing the citizen experience. Prior positions include Team Lead, responsible for assessing eligibility for services, and Case Coordinator, managing client cases and providing support. In addition, Mitri has been a Taekwon Do Instructor since 2006, and previously worked as a Public Relations Adviser during the Time Tierney City Council Campaign. In a prior role as a Corporate Trainer and Employment Specialist at Northern Lights Canada, Mitri helped over 200 clients re-enter the workforce. Mitri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Ottawa.
