Jieyun Luo

Jieyun (Tracy) Luo is an experienced Senior Manager in Risk Assurance at PwC Hong Kong and Mainland China since October 2011, specializing in compliance with US SOX 404 requirements, process mapping, and risk identification. Previously, Luo served as an Assistant Manager at RSM China Consulting from November 2008 to October 2011, where responsibilities included leading statutory audits and financial due diligence reports. An early career as a Senior Consultant at Neuventure Financial Consultants from October 2004 to October 2008 involved financial due diligence and audits under PRC and US GAAP. Luo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Shanghai Maritime University.
