Sammy Lai is a seasoned financial advisory professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, valuation, and expert witness services. Currently a Partner at PwC China, Sammy has previously held key positions as Managing Director at Duff & Phelps and Marsh - Financial Advisory Services for Greater China. Prior to that, Sammy was the Managing Principal and General Manager at American Appraisal China Limited in Beijing and served as a Manager at KPMG Corporate Finance Ltd. Academic credentials include an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from The University of Hong Kong.
