Sofia Gustafson has a diverse professional background in customer experience and relationship management, with recent experience at Millicom (Tigo) in the B2C sector from March 2022 to November 2023. Prior roles include Customer Relationship Management at EDF Innovation Lab, focusing on energy trends, and community engagement with the Latin American Leadership Society at Berkeley.
