Dr. Michaela Harrer is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of HR Assurance at PwC Switzerland since June 2022, Dr. Harrer previously held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at UBS from January 2019 to May 2022. Dr. Harrer's earlier roles include Head of HR at Biogen International GmbH, Global Head HR at EFG Financial Products AG, and HR Business Partner at UBS. Dr. Harrer began the career as a Consultant at Denise Ammann & Partner AG. Dr. Harrer holds a PhD in Psychology and a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Konstanz.
