Andrew Nealey

Andrew Nealey is currently the Director of Private Business Employee Incentives at PwC, where they lead the development of employee incentives propositions for private businesses. In their role, they provide comprehensive advice on the design, structure, and implementation of management incentive schemes and employee share schemes, with a strong focus on aligning interests with shareholders and company strategy. Prior to this position, Andrew served as Senior Manager at PwC and held roles at Addleshaw Goddard and Allen & Overy, gaining extensive experience in employee incentives and employment law. Andrew obtained a degree with distinction from The College of Law.
