Candice McCrae

Candice McCrae is the Workforce Transformation Director at PwC, where they lead initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Organization and Workforce strategy practice. They actively participate as a steering committee member and mentorship committee lead for the Black Inclusion Network and contribute to the Women’s Inclusion Network. Prior to their current role, Candice spent nine years in PwC's tax practice, specializing in real estate and investment management sectors, and holds a BS in Accounting from Florida International University. Candice is a licensed CPA and a member of AICPA and NABA.
