Dan Demilew

Dan Demilew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainable capital projects and infrastructure decarbonisation strategies. Currently serving as a Director at PwC since July 2023, Dan leads initiatives focused on mining, biofuels, hydrogen, ammonia, and oil and gas for major clients and foreign investors. Prior to this role, Dan acted as Special Advisor to the CEO at Fortescue Future Industries, where strategic development encompassed geothermal, solar, wind, green hydrogen, and related projects across Europe, Africa, Australia, and the USA. Dan's earlier career includes serving as a Partner at Aurecon, overseeing capital project delivery in the Middle East, Asia, and Australia, as well as senior project engineering roles at BAM Nuttall Ltd and Balfour Beatty, managing significant infrastructure projects. Dan holds multiple degrees, including an MEng in Civil Engineering with French from Durham University and an MBA in Design from the University of the Arts London.
