Dingyu HE

Dingyu (Allen) Dingyu (Allen) is currently a Legal Counsel at PwC, overseeing dispute resolution and governmental investigations in the East China region. Previously, they held positions as an Associate at Fangda Partners and a Summer Associate at Linklaters, where they earned the Linklaters China Legal Talent Award in 2016. Dingyu completed a Master of Laws at Duke University School of Law and holds an LLB in Economic Law from Shanghai University of Political Science and Law. They are also a member of the Legal & Regulatory Committee at the British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai.
