Ellen Gill

Ellen Gill, PMP, is a retired professional with 24 years of experience providing support to the Air Force in various areas of DoD acquisition and financial management. Their career included roles as a Financial Management Officer with the United States Air Force and various director positions at PwC, Guidehouse, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Ellen's expertise spans acquisition program management, accounting, cost estimating, and earned value analysis. They hold a Master's Degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Ellen is a graduate of the Air Force Instructor School and is certified through the Program Management Institute and the American Society of Military Comptrollers.
