Eve Pearman

Eve Pearman is an experienced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at PwC, where responsibilities include supporting clients in integrating DE&I practices and developing sustainable strategies for fostering inclusive cultures since October 2018. Previously, Eve held roles as a Senior Associate in Internal Audit at BDO UK LLP, focusing on GDPR compliance and cyber security, and as a Technology Risk Analyst, where leadership in the TRA Women in Technology programme was notable. Eve has also served as a Cyber Security Consultant at DXC Technology, providing strategic solutions for clients, and worked in various roles within the Metropolitan Police and HMP Ashfield. Eve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Bath.
