Grant Peterson

Grant Peterson is an experienced compensation professional currently serving as a Director at PwC since 2025, after previously holding the role of Equity Services Associate Partner at Aon from 2021 to 2024. Prior to this, Grant directed Human Resources Accounting Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers for over a decade, leading teams in pre-IPO readiness and HR due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Grant began their educational journey at the University of Minnesota, earning a B.S. in Mathematics and Statistics, and later obtained an M.S. in Mathematics and a Graduate Certificate in Statistics from the University of Arizona. Additionally, they contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Arizona from 2006 to 2009, developing a unique teaching style through active engagement with students.
