Hayley Olson

Hayley Olson is a Director at PwC Legal, co-leading the Corporate/M&A and Employee Equity legal teams. With nearly 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, Hayley has spent the past 12 years establishing and co-leading the leading Employee Equity team in the Australian legal market. They assist both domestic and global clients with legal aspects of employee incentive arrangements, collaborating with PwC's reward advisory, tax, and valuation services teams. Hayley previously worked as a Lawyer on secondment at Telstra and as a Senior Associate at Mills Oakley Lawyers. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from the University of Tasmania.
