Hazel Zhang

Hazel Zhang is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in regulatory, corporate, and tax law. Starting as a Judicial Intern at the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, Hazel drafted court orders and participated in mock trials. Following this role, Hazel served as an Associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, providing regulatory guidance to biopharma companies and conducting due diligence in life sciences acquisitions. Transitioning to King & Wood Mallesons as a Tax Associate, Hazel focused on domestic and cross-border tax issues and drafted tax provisions for corporate agreements. Currently, Hazel holds the position of Senior Associate at PwC. Hazel holds a JD from New York University and an LLM in Taxation, also from New York University, alongside a BA in Economics from Penn State University.
