Jason Ye

Jason Ye is an experienced professional in transaction services, with a background in financial due diligence and M&A activities. They began their career as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) from 2006 to 2008, focusing on assurance and audit for multinational enterprises. Later, as a Director at PwC in 2012, Jason led cross-border deals between the U.S. and Asia, managing significant investments and aiding in the acquisition processes for various clients. Jason has successfully contributed to over 40 due diligence services and has collaborated with renowned private equity firms and corporations across multiple industries. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in English and International Trading from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2006.
