Joanna Boyd

Joanna Boyd is the Director of Investigations at the Global Office of the General Counsel for PwC. Previously, they served as an Associate at Venable LLP from 2013 to 2024, where they also completed a summer associate position. Joanna has held various roles including Administrative Assistant at The Pew Charitable Trusts and Legal Intern at the U.S. Department of Justice. They earned a Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude, from the American University, Washington College of Law in 2013, and a BA from Williams College in 2007.
