Joanne Miles

Joanne Miles currently serves as Chief of Staff to the UK Chief Technology Officer at PwC and is a member of the Management Board, holding the position since May 2016. In addition to this role, Joanne also functions as the Director for Risk GenAI Transformation and has directed Digital Transformation and Upskilling initiatives, as well as Audit Risk and Quality Transformation. Prior to returning to PwC in May 2016, Joanne took a career break and worked as an Auditor at PwC from November 2000 to March 2016. Joanne holds a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry with Medical Biochemistry from the University of Leeds, which was completed in 2000.
