Joga Singh is the UK Strategy& Chief Financial Officer and a Structuring and Deals accounting partner, with extensive experience in planning and executing transactions for both private and public companies. They have held various leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP since 1991, including Partner and Head of Capital Markets, Accounting Advisory, and Structuring Services. Joga’s expertise encompasses a wide range of transactions, such as IPOs, acquisitions, mergers, and group reorganisations. They pursued their education in Accountancy at the University of East Anglia from 1988 to 1991 and studied at Matthew Boulton College from 1986 to 1988.
