Juliette Eichler

Juliette Eichler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global mobility, compliance, and HR policy formulation. Currently serving as the Director for Global Mobility and People Compliance at Vialto Partners since May 2022, Juliette leads the development of global mobility support policies that align with international employment law and talent management objectives. Prior to this role, Juliette spent over 14 years at PwC, where responsibilities included establishing and executing remote work policies across 39 countries and developing global work policies for high-profile clients. Juliette's earlier experience as a Tax Attorney at Landwell & Associes involved creating tax equalization policies and managing expatriate relations for numerous clients. Juliette holds a Master's degree in law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and has a strong foundation in strategic planning, project management, and compliance in global employment practices.
