Keith Jones

Keith Jones has extensive experience in tax and accounting, having served as Director, Field Specialist at the Internal Revenue Service from January 1999 to December 2004, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple national programs related to engineering, economics, employment tax, and financial products. Following that role, Keith served as Industry Director for natural resources and construction, managing eight service-wide program area sectors across ten southwestern states. Since May 2012, Keith has been a Managing Director at PwC, specializing in tax controversy, M&A due diligence, valuation controversy, IRS practices, and procedures, and working with a diverse range of companies on IRS matters. Keith holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Accounting and Economics from San Diego State University.
