Lars Kornebæk

Lars Kornebæk is a Tax Partner with expertise in advising major shareholders, wealthy individuals, and private equity. They possess specialized knowledge in personal taxation related to business tax schemes, the transformation of personal businesses into companies, and the relocation of individuals between Denmark and abroad. Lars has previous experience at Ernst & Young as a Manager from 2007 to 2015, and at PwC as a Tax Partner starting in 2018. They earned a Master’s degree in Tax from Copenhagen Business School, where they also completed their Bachelor's degree in HD(R) with a focus on taxation. Lars completed their HHX in Mathematics and Business Economics at Roskilde Handelsskole.
