Ludovic Orban is an experienced tax professional with a strong background in deals tax and M&A international tax. Currently serving as Director of Tax - Deals Tax at PwC, Ludovic has previously held senior managerial roles at Deloitte UK, specializing in cross-border tax and M&A. Ludovic holds a Master’s degree in Droit from the University of Liège, obtained from 2001 to 2007.
