Margaret J Davidson

Margaret J Davidson serves as the Director of the Global Office of the General Counsel at PwC since October 2025. Previously, Margaret held the position of Vice President - Senior Counsel for Joint Venture Management and Transactions at Paramount from April 2013 to October 2025. During a concurrent role at ViacomCBS from June 2020 to August 2022, Margaret continued to focus on joint venture management and transactions. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President - Counsel at Viacom, focusing on corporate legal counsel for domestic and international joint ventures, and positions at Practical Law Company, Warner Chilcott, and Shearman & Sterling LLP, where expertise in transactional law, governance, and compliance was developed. Margaret holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA from Wellesley College.
