Matt Kay

Matt Kay is a Partner in Transactions, Financial Services at PwC, where they assist private equity and financial services clients in achieving successful outcomes through acquisitions, disposals, and IPOs. Previously, they served as Finance Director and Board member at Black Sun, overseeing financial, commercial, and risk management aspects. Matt has extensive experience in financial due diligence, particularly within the banking and lending sector, and has worked on complex transactions both in the UK and internationally, including a three-year tenure at PwC Italy. They hold a BSc in Economics, Accounting, and Management from Cardiff University.
