Matthew Gonzalez

Matthew Gonzalez is a Tax Director at PwC, specializing in M&A tax services with a decade of public accounting experience. Previously a Senior Manager in the PwC Boston Deals Tax practice, they provided comprehensive support for corporate and private equity clients, including structuring acquisitions and conducting tax due diligence. Before joining the Deals Tax vertical in 2018, Matthew worked with mid and large-cap clients on their annual and quarterly tax provisions under ASC740, gaining extensive corporate tax experience. Matthew earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Salve Regina University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University, and holds a CPA license in Massachusetts.
