Matthew Pear

Matthew Pear, CPA, is currently the Digital Assurance and Transparency Director at PwC, where they have worked since 2013, focusing on evaluating processes and identifying control gaps. Previously, they held various roles at PwC, including Risk Assurance Manager and Associate. Matthew has also worked as a Director of FP&A at Rush Trucking Corporation and gained early experience through internships and leadership roles at Wolverine World Wide and Grand Valley State University. They serve as a Board Member for Nourish International since 2022 and completed their Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration at Grand Valley State University.
