Michael Fernando

Michael Fernando, CPA, has a diverse background in accounting and finance, demonstrating a strong career trajectory. From January 2023, Michael serves as a Manager at PwC, following a progressive journey that began with an Assurance Intern role at the same firm in August 2016. After advancing to Associate and then Senior Associate, Michael gained valuable experience in tax and accounting through internships at Blackburn, Childers & Steagall CPAs, PLC, and Unaka Company, Inc./Meco Corporation from 2015 to 2016. Michael also completed a Marketing Internship at Sodexo during 2013-2014. A graduate of Tusculum University, Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, International Business and Economics, and General Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude with several honors.
