Mike Bellin

Mike Bellin, CPA, CFA, is a seasoned professional in capital markets and accounting advisory services, currently serving as a Partner and US IPO Co-Leader at PwC since July 2022. With extensive experience at PwC, Bellin has held various leadership roles, including oversight of the CMAAS practice in the Southwest Market and leadership of the firm’s US Capital Markets team in multiple locations, such as Paris, London, and Amsterdam. Responsibilities have included advising clients on complex capital market transactions, IPOs, SEC reporting, and M&A projects. Bellin holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison's School of Business, completed between 1994 and 1999.
